Richest Mogul

Chapter 1975

Chapter 1975
Skylar didn't ask about Manfred's situation again. Instead, she focused on examining the copper mirror.
The moment the copper mirror was in her hands, she could tell that it was the one she had been searching for.
"Vivian, did you use this copper mirror to communicate with us before?" she asked.
Vivian nodded repeatedly. "Yes, Mom, you heard me, right? I couldn't hear what you were saying, but I saw that you were looking
for me. I guessed that you must have heard my voice."
"Yes, we did hear you. That's why your father and I didn't leave Graystone. We were planning to go to Vlario, but after hearing
your voice, we decided to stay," Skylar said with a smile.
Vivian wrapped her arms around Skylar. "Mom, I've missed you and Dad so much."
Even though she was holding her mother, it still felt like a dream-too unreal. "We missed you too," Skylar sighed softly. Every day
since arriving in this world, she had been trying to figure out a way to go back.
It was because she and Joe couldn't bear to leave Vivian behind.

About 30 minutes later, Joe and Manfred returned to Willow Hall.
The two of them seemed a bit solemn, though it was unclear what they had discussed. Just then, dinner was served.
During the meal, the four of them hardly spoke.
After dinner, Joe was the first to speak. "I've already discussed it with Manfred. This silk shop is now his. Here are the deeds and
other documents for the property."
Skylar had no objections to Joe's decision.
Over the years, they had put a lot of effort into the silk shop. When they first arrived, they thought they would return soon.
However, as time passed, they realized that the possibility of going back was slim, so they prepared to stay long-term and
opened the silk shop.
Now that they were leaving, it was only right to pass the business on to Manfred.

Manfred took the box containing the deeds and documents. "I'll take good care of the silk shop."
Many people around him were adept in business, and even though Graystone was far from Vlario, he had carefully observed
earlier and could tell that Vivian's father had managed things well. It wouldn't take much effort to take over.
"Thank you for taking care of Vivian these past few days," Skylar said, once again expressing her gratitude to Manfred.

Manfred nodded with a smile. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Vivian looking at him, but he...
He took a deep breath. "Can I have a few more words with Vivian?"
Joe looked at Skylar, who gave a small nod in approval.
"Sure, go ahead," Joe said, his gaze shifting to Vivian.
Vivian immediately stood up, her eyes brimming with tears, but she held back the overwhelming
sadness of their impending elet
separation.
After Vivian and Manfred stepped outside, Skylar called Joe over. "Take a look at this copper mirror."
Joe examined the copper mirror
carefully. I don't see anything
different from other copper minet
Are you sure this is the one you were looking for?"
Skylar nodded. "I'm absolutely certain. And..."
"And what?" Joe asked.
"We're leaving tonight. The exact time cannot be chosen, but it will be in about
two hours," Skylar said in a low voice.

Joe raised an eyebrow. "So soon?"
"Yes." Skylar sighed, glazing toward Vivian and Manfred, who were talking outside.
"Let's give them another hour. At that time, we can make a few final arrangements."
