"Scratched or bitten?" Elias couldn't help but grin mischievously. "It seems to be pretty intense."
Lukas kept his cool, "It was pretty intense. Are you jealous?"

Elias put his hand over his heart mockingly, "My, my, how shameless of you, Lukas Strakovski, flaunting it like that as if you've
got a girlfriend?"
Lukas shot back, "I don't know. Maybe you should get one, too."
Elias' disappointment was obvious as he sat down on the sofa in the office with a hand on his chest and utter disbelief in his
face. "How come you have a girlfriend? Being single is awesome - you can do whatever you want!"
Lukas had a look at him and decided to ignore his comments.
Elias was persistent, "You can't do that. Once you get a girlfriend, don't you ever forget about your friends!"
Lukas gave him a look, "Who does anyone need friends for?"
Elias was amazed, "Lukas, you've changed so much in just one night. I hardly recognize you! Where is my friend Lukas and
what did you do to him?"
Lukas leaned back lazily in his chair, "Of course, I'm going to change. I have a girlfriend now."

Elias, half teasing, half amused, inquired, "About Little Reese scratching your mouth, does your girlfriend know about it? Is she
okay with it?"

Lukas, realizing Elias' intention, smiled gently, "She's just as lovely as Little Reese, so of course she doesn't mind."
Of course, Lukas knew that Elias was deliberately teasing him.
Elias' playful mockery continued, "My God, Lukas! You really have become a goner. Once you've fallen into Reese's trap, I'm
afraid there's not going to be any way out for you!"
Lukas, unimpressed, remarked, "If you want to pull me out, I won't move."
Elias shrugged, "All right, I wish you luck. But when you think about it, you and Reese are quite a pair. Do you know how
everyone loves to make a name for couples online? You and Reese - you could be Emilukas!"
Lukas replied with a raised eyebrow, "It's good to know we're a perfect match."
Elias couldn't take the teasing anymore, "All right, dude, just stop showing off your affection so much, okay?"
Lukas, undisturbed, began to read a document and calmly explained, "It depends on my mood."
Elias had originally wanted to inquire about Lukas' evening, but now, seeing his confident demeanor, he felt there was no need to
pry further.
Changing the subject, Elias asked, "Now that you two are together, when are you going to invite us to dinner?"
Lukas raised an eyebrow, "Us?"
Elias explained with a grin, "Yes, me and Ava. I'm your good friend, and Ava is Reese's best friend. If you two are together, the
four of us should definitely go out for dinner!"
