Richest Mogul

Chapter 1988

Chapter 1988
The six women in the cage all looked dazed and disoriented.
They had likely been drugged-just enough to keep them silent and obedient. A few of them had their eyes closed. It was unclear
whether they were dead or
alive.
Yet, despite their condition, anyone who looked closely could tell every single one of them was breathtakingly beautiful.
Every night, the black market was filled with nobles and wealthy elites. And their greatest obsession was beauty.
Even if they didn't need the women for themselves, they could always give them to someone else. Sometimes, a beautiful
woman was even more valuable than gold or jewels.
"Look at that one! The one with her eyes closed! Damn, her face is divine! But is she even alive?"
Someone in the crowd had sharp eyes and instantly noticed one of the motionless
women.
His voice rose with excitement as he declared, "She's absolutely stunning!"
"Let me see! Let me see! Oh my god-she really is an unparalleled beauty! I've never seen anyone like her before!"
"This is top-tier merchandise!"
Amid the clamor, Vivian slowly opened her eyes. She froze.

Her gaze swept over the scene before her, and her mind went blank.
She remembered she was on her way home with her parents. Then, suddenly, a powerful force had ripped her away.
She could only watch helplessly as her parents vanished before her eyes.
Then, an old woman she recognized appeared. "You can't go home yet. You still have things to do. Don't worry-your parents
have safely returned home. Now, let's see if you can survive the trials ahead."

At the time, she didn't understand why she couldn't go home.
After that, she vaguely remembered falling onto a grassy field. Then, someone had taken her away.
She had been barely conscious, drifting in and out of awareness.
She could hear crying nearby. A heart-wrenching sound that made her chest ache.
And now that she regained consciousness, she was in an iron cage. There were other women locked inside with her.
Looking at the dark and filthy surroundings and the hungry and shameless stares of the men around them, she instantly
understood where she was.
She had been captured. And now, they were planning to sell her like merchandise.
Her heart trembled violently. So this was the trial she had to face?
She realized that she was still in the
themes. However, it didn't f e same era as Manfredelt
like
world.

The people here they were wilder.
No, that wasn't the right word. They were inhuman.
The way they looked at her wasn't like they were looking at a person. They were looking at a product.
She glanced at the other women in
the cage. Their eyes were lifeless. It was as if they had already accepted their fate.
Vivian took a deep breath. Then, she closed her eyes.
In her mind, she chanted over and over. "I want to go home. I want to go home."

She repeated it at least ten times.
Then, she opened her eyes again. Nothing had changed. She was still in hell.
People had already started placing bids. Greedy, disgusting gazes were locked onto her.
She pressed her lips together tightly.
"If I can't go home, I have to find Manfred." Then, she closed her eyes again.
This time, she whispered his name over and over in her heart.
When she opened her eyes, she was still there.
Vivian took a deep breath. She didn't understand why.
Then, out of the corner of her eye, she caught a glimpse of the bracelet
on
wrist. It was the bracelet
had given her.
All of her other jewelry was gone. Clearly, the people who kidnapped her had stolen everything valuable.
But this bracelet was worth more than everything else combined. So why didn't they take it?
Could it be...
