Chapter 29
"The situation is too complicated, and I can't explain everything to you at the moment. So, you should come back as soon as possible."
"Oh, okay."
Xavia didn't say anything else. She didn't even comb her hair or change her clothes. Instead, she ran out of the room with her cell phone in her hand.
When she arrived downstairs, she saw Zivon and Maison, who were pruning flower branches in the garden. So, she hurriedly went over and greeted them, "Young Master Burton and Maison, something came up today so I have to go home."
After that, Xavia then ran away in a hurry.
Maison raised his brows. "What happened to aunt? Why is she so anxious? Do we need to go and help her?"
Zivon obviously did not have the time to do that. He was already taking time out of his busy schedule to accompany Maison to trim the plants today.
Besides, why would Xavia's problem have anything to do with him anyway?
After Xavia left, she took a cab to return to Dolly's apartment.
As soon as she stepped inside, she asked worriedly, "Where is Yulia? What happened to her?"
Dorothy pulled her to a room door before she frowned and said, "I don't know either. Things were already a little strange when I came back last night. She said that she was sleeping alone so I thought that she simply wanted to sleep alone. So, I didn't think too much about it. I never expected that she would refuse to leave the room in the morning. She also told me that she wanted you to come home. She said that if you don't come back, she won't care about you anymore. She also said that she won't eat or drink and she'll just starve herself to death."
Xavia was at a loss.
She had already been together with Yulia for three years, and she had always been very well-behaved. This was the first time that something like this has ever happened. Xavia felt even more worried and anxious, so she raised her hand and knocked on the door.
"Yulia, mommy is back. Did you get bullied at school? Or did some kids bully you again? Why don't you open the door, come out and tell mommy about it? Mommy will go and seek justice for you."
However, there was silence inside the room no matter what she said. There was no reply at all.
It was generally a very anxious matter when children locked themselves up, let alone a three-year-old who was throwing a tantrum.
Xavia didn't even dare to think about the scene inside the room and she didn't want to wait any longer. So, she looked at Dolly. "Look for the room key or a hammer. We will force the door open."
"Okay." Dolly was also in agreement with Xavia.
Both of them turned around to look for tools. At that moment, the door opened with a loud click.
Yulia walked out.
She was wearing a little princess dress and her hands were placed on her hips. She had an angry look on her face as she looked at Xavia and said angrily, "Hmph! Mommy, let's have a good talk."
Talk? A talk about what?
Why did she feel as though the little girl's anger was directed at her?
Xavia had a puzzled look on her face as she followed Yulia to sit on the sofa. After that, the little girl then threw a large stack of photos out.
Slam! The photos fell on the round coffee table. Under the bright light, each of these photos were pictures of a man, woman and a child shopping for clothes. There were also beautiful scenes of the woman taking the child to shop at a
supermarket and to play at the
children's playground. They looked like a family of three who were very happy. Content belongs to

Most importantly, the main characters in the photos were Xavia, Zivon and Maison!
Oh my god. What was going on?!
Xavia was shocked. "Yulia, how did you get these photos?"
Dolly was also surprised. "Haven't you been following me all this time? Why do you have these pictures?"
Yulia snorted. "We happened to run into each other when we were shopping at the mall and the supermarket. So I secretly took the pictures."
As Yulia spoke, she then raised her chin and she had an arrogant posture as if she was saying that Xavia could not possibly hide the truth from her.
Xavia couldn't say anything.
She finally understood. Yulia must have seen her spending time with Zivon and Maison, so the little girl must have thought that Xavia liked some other kid more than her. She must have thought that was the reason why Xavia didn't come home and that she didn't care about her
own daughter anymore. Content

But... That was her daddy and her elder brother. How should Xavia explain this to
her?
It would be very difficult for Xavia to explain no matter how she tried!
Dolly also didn't expect Yulia to be so intelligent. When she saw the awkward took on Xavia's face, she sympathized with Xavia from the bottom of her heart. The look she casted at Xavia held one meaning, 'You better explain yourself well. Yulia is not a princess that you can easily fool.' Content belongs to Novelxo.org
