Sean's eyes instantly lit up. "I do! Thank you, Mommy!" He leaned over and planted a quick kiss on Nadine's fair cheek. "You're the best, Mommy!"
Brad, who had been hurt by Sebastian's words, felt another sharp ache in his chest. Nadine had said she wasn't going anywhere this afternoon and that she'd stay in her room.
He had even thought about how to get close to her-perhaps even get intimate with her again. Having been abstinent for such a long time, his longing for her was overwhelming. But if Nadine didn't want to, he wouldn't force her.
He'd be content with just quietly staying in the room with her and Sean. As long as Sebastian wasn't around, he was fine with whatever.
Yet, everything changed in an instant. Nadine was about to go to the amusement park with Sebastian and Sean, and she hadn't even bothered to talk to him about
it.
The possessive man immediately rushed over and blocked their path. Brad asked Nadine, "Where do you think you're going? Why didn't you talk to me first? I'll take you wherever you want! There's no need to bother Mr. Caldwell."
Had he known Nadine wanted to take Sean out, he wouldn't have been so hostile toward Sebastian. In fact, it was thanks to Sebastian that Nadine was even considering leaving the hotel room.
With one hand in his suit pocket, Sebastian narrowed his eyes at Brad. "Nadine said she's going with me. What's it got to do with you?"

Nadine was repulsed by the way he was behaving. He was smiling obsequiously,
like a sycophant. She glanced at him coldly and didn't say a word.
It was Sean who broke the tension, bursting with excitement. "We're going to an amusement park, Daddy! Let's go! He grabbed Nadine's hand with one of his own and reached for Brad's with the other dragging both of them toward the hotel entrance.
Sebastian, not willing to accept defeat, immediately followed them. "Nad, why don't you ride in my car? I have a child's seat installed."
As soon as he heard that Sean

texted his assistant to bring his car
