Chapter 360
The two girls were about to kneel, but Elysia quickly raised a hand to stop them. She raised an eyebrow and said, “You think
kneeling will make me forgive you? Or are you just trying to grab attention and intimidate me?”
They immediately glanced around at the students walking by. Elysia’s words hit home. If they knelt, it would definitely draw
unwanted attention from everyone.
That wasn’t their intention at all. They quickly dismissed the idea.
Then they stood up straight, panic creeping into their voices. “Sorry, Elysia, that’s not what we meant. We just wanted to ask for
your forgiveness. We just forgot where we were.”
Seeing the sincerity in their eyes, Elysia couldn’t be bothered to make a scene. She had never really taken them seriously in the
first place, and honestly, she hadn’t even remembered they were still around in the school.
The only reason they caught her attention now was because they tried to run when they saw her. That had raised her suspicions
for a moment.
But now, as she studied them, Elysia figured that if they were really begging for forgiveness, she couldn’t just brush them off.
After all, turning them away outright would make her seem heartless.
Sure, destroying a family might feel satisfying for a moment, but making too many enemies was never a good idea.
No one stayed on top forever.
Instead of a quick victory, it might be smarter to use these two women. She thought they might be useful down the road.
A small, almost playful smile curved at the corners of her lips, and her voice took on a teasing tone. “I can give you a chance, but
there’s a condition...”
The two girls‘ eyes lit up at her first words, but as soon as they heard the rest, their excitement began to fade.
“What’s wrong? Not willing?” Elysia raised an eyebrow. “If you don’t want to, no problem. I could always get back at you for
everything you’ve done to me.”
They froze for a moment, exchanging nervous glances. Then, quickly, they replied, “We’re willing. Just tell us what the condition
is.”
Elysia tapped her chin thoughtfully, the playful glint in her eyes never fading. “The condition? Well, I haven’t decided yet. It’s on
hold for now. But once I think of something, and you’ve done what I ask, I’ll forgive you.”
She turned as if to walk away, but then she paused and took a few steps back. “Oh, and let me remind you–until I officially
forgive you, it would be smart to keep your heads down. Know what’s okay to do, and what’s not.”
down two families wouldn’t be hard.”
Her words landed with impact. They could hear the warning loud and clear.
At that moment, Elysia was already heading toward the classroom building, leaving Natalie and Mia standing there, still frozen in
place. The words Elysia had just spoken echoed in their minds.
They knew she could do it.
But for some reason, they both felt a weight lift off their shoulders. The tension they’d been carrying for days seemed to ease just
a little.

Elysia knew exactly what they were thinking. As long as they stayed out of her way and didn’t cross the line, she wouldn’t make
a move against them.
That small reassurance lightened their mood.
Meanwhile, Elysia climbed the stairs, a smile tugging at her lips. She could’ve told them about her condition earlier, but it just
didn’t feel like the right moment.
As long as she kept it unsaid, they would remain bound by that invisible rule. It was like an unspoken agreement they would
have to follow. No matter what they did, it would influence their actions, stopping them from making any rath decisions.
Once they got used to it, when the time came for her to need them, they’d act without hesitation.
Turning the corner and walking down the hallway, she spotted two familiar figures standing outside Class 6 from a distance.
It was Ava and Elena.
She’s back. Or is she here for the transfer paperwork?‘ Elysia wondered.
Her heart skipped a beat as she walked toward them. As soon as they noticed her, both of them turned and smiled, especially
Ava, who was grinning from ear to ear.
The weight in Elysia’s chest seemed to lift. After all this time, the uncertainty about Elena was finally gone.
Elena would stay. The answer was clear as day on their faces.
When Elysia reached them, she didn’t say anything at first. Elena looked at her and smiled, her lips curling up. “It’s been so long.
Don’t tell me you don’t recognize me anymore?”
Before Elena could finish, Elysia pulled her into a tight hug. “Welcome back.”
Elysia closed her eyes as she held Elena close.
Elena reached up and rubbed the back of her head. “Thanks.”
Just those simple words, but they meant everything.
Without a word, Elysia and Elena each released one arm to pull Ava into the hug. The three of them stood there, wrapped up in
each other’s warmth.
“We’re never going to be apart again,” Ava said, her voice trembling, a tear slipping down her cheek.
It felt so right. They wouldn’t be separated again.
A few students, still goofing around in the hallway, froze when they saw the scene.
‘Wait, isn’t that Elena, the president of the student union? No way! I heard she was cold and distant. But this.... this doesn’t look
anything like that. And the girl next to her... isn’t that Elysia?‘ one of the students thought.
Everyone knew the big names at this school.
A few students whispered excitedly to each other. The sight of the two girls together felt like a moment straight out of a movie–a
scene that stood out in the middle of the school.
They were both pretty. Besides, one of them was a genius, and the other was the embodiment of power. Both of them were the
type to glide through life effortlessly.

When they finally pulled away from the hug and looked up again, their eyes were all filled with tears. They glanced at each other
and then burst into laughter, unable to hold it in.
Elysia turned her gaze to Elena, her expression serious. “So, what made you come back?” she asked, her voice calm. Elena’s
smile faded, and she replied, “I was planning to stay in Jorlandia with my parents, but they turned me down.”
Elysia’s eyes widened for a moment. Then Elena continued, “They told me a lot of things. They said I shouldn’t throw away
everything I’ve worked for just to be with them.”
Elena’s mind drifted back to the moment she saw her mom’s eyes glistening with tears. Her mom held her hand, speaking in a
tone softer than Elena had ever heard before. “You’re not just filled with pain anymore,” her mom said.
Elena could laugh now. She had a whole range of emotions. She could feel sad for her friends.
That was what made her truly human, not some emotionless machine. Elena’s mom loved seeing her like this.
Her mom admitted she had been wrong in the past. She had pushed too much onto Elena at such a young age much pressure
on her. All she wanted now was for her daughter to stay this happy.

So, her mom believed Elena shouldn’t give up on everything she had worked so hard to achieve. In Sivro, Elena had memories
and friends. Her mom thought there was plenty of time for them to be together in Jorlandia.
Now, seeing that neither of them was speaking, Elena gave a faint smile and added, “We made a promise. After I finish high
school in Sivro, I’ll apply to a university in Jorlandia. Then, I can be with them all the time.”
