When Noelle saw the 99-million-dollar wedding gift, she sneered. Xenia was truly skilled at manipulating her devoted admirers.

Wyatt was the only one speaking in the group chat, while Xenia's eyes lit up at the mention of the 99-million-dollar hefty gift. She hadn't expected a cripple like Wyatt to be so generous.

Xenia quickly typed and said, "I really don't want our family to be divided. This is all my fault."

As a devoted admirer, Wyatt continued soothing her.

Lucas, who had enough of their act, bluntly retorted, "If we're splitting the assets, everyone needs to be included in tomorrow's discussion. We can't leave out Noelle's share."

Noelle glanced at the texts and closed the chat. She was curious to see how Donovan would decide tomorrow.

That night, she once again dreamed of the car accident from her childhood. Chaos surrounded her, and her parents' voices lingered in her ear. They seemed to be saying, "Save her first."

Noelle snapped back, "The supplier scandal affected multiple foundations, not just

ours. Isn't the Merlock family the most involved?"

Samantha's face twisted in anger as her hands itched to slap Noelle. But she knew the latter wasn't easy to deal with, so she had to swallow her rage. She'd deal with Noelle the bitch-sooner or later.

Justin came up to Noelle and asked in a lowered voice, "Xenia hasn't been coming to school. I heard she's sick?"

Xenia was on sick leave? Noelle eyed him and asked, "Why do you care? Didn't you two break up?"

"We only pretended to break up, but we're still together in secret. You know my mom doesn't approve of her. She hasn't been responding to me lately."

Justin was worried that Brittany's actions might upset Xenia.

Upon hearing that, Noelle shot him a meaningful look, and her lips curled slightly

in amusement. So they were still together, huh?

"Xenia isn't sick. She's busy getting engaged," she replied.

"Engaged? Impossible. Who is she getting engaged to?" Justin was shocked.

"Wyatt. They've been close since childhood, and they're practically childhood sweethearts."

"That's not possible! Xenia said she only loves me, and there's no way she'd get engaged to someone else!"
