Richard helped Pearl up.
Pearl froze when his hand fell on her shoulder. She was at a loss and she stared at him. But she could only see his cold side face so that she could
not read his mind.
She did not understand why Richard was with Brandon. She did not know what Richard was doing.
Anthony frowned warily when the unknown man showed up.
"Uncle." Richard greeted Anthony with unusual respect. "I'm sorry we are late. I need to pick up our son first. If I had known that there will be such a
big misunderstanding, I would have come with Pearl."
The crowd was shocked and confused.
They looked at Richard curiously .
Richard nodded at Anthony before turning to the crowd. He added, "Pearl is a doctor. She's very busy with her studies abroad these years. So
we postponed our wedding. So you have misunderstood Pearl."
"So you are?"
"I'm Pearl's fiancé."
This reply stirred up a commotion among the crowd.

Although Richard didn't explain about the children, he was holding Brandon's hand while Pearl was also holding hands with Bonny. The family of four
shared the alike face features. Hence, no one would deny that he was the father of the two children.
Yet, pepole was still confused.
"But what are the photos?"
"Yeah, the photos."
"It's Pearl, right?"
It was the the twins as well as those vulgar photos scattered all over the place before that make the crowd begin to gossip about Pearl.

Pearl went pale again. She kept lowering her head and did not dare to look up at her relatives. She took a step back instinctively.

As he spoke, he stole a glance at Anthony carefully. Then he continued, "When the wedding date is set, we will definitely send out invitations to you."
A few in the crowd were quick-minded. They responded, "Yes, yes, that's great."
