Chapter 5:.
“I don’t want to go...”
Unconsciously, these words came out of Stella’s mouth.
When she realized that she had expressed her inner thoughts, Stella paused and said, “Mr. Paul, I apologize for my behavior.
But I don’t want to go...”
Stella’s voice was firm.
“Mr. Paul, as you know, I only came back for this contract, and now that everything is settled, I want to go back to France and
work at the company’s headquarters as before.”
After her divorce and what had happened six years earlier, Stella never wanted to see the man again. His words... “I don’t want
the child...” still echoed in her mind.
As soon as she returned, Stella did not want to see that man again.
That cold-blooded, stone-hearted man had already broken her heart a thousand times, and she didn’t want to experience that
pain again.
Maybe deep down in her heart she had not yet been able to forget him completely, or maybe it was something else.
But of one thing she was sure: she never wanted to see him again.
If there was any love left in her heart, she wanted to kill him as soon as possible and get away from him.
Jack looked at Stella and said, “Stella, it’s not that I don’t want you to come back, but now you know that the company was
bought by Mr. RK, and whether you leave the country or not is up to him to decide...”.
How? Six years ago, his marriage was in his hands, and now his job? Stella was reluctant to let him decide her future. She felt
as if she had walked into a trap.
For him, she wanted to be as far away as possible. Jack looked at her face and knew she was not in a good mood.

He said, “Stella, okay, then go back and rest for a while. After Mr. RK takes over the company completely, you can apply for your
leave again...”
“Apply?” Now he would decide whether she could go or not. When Stella thought like that, she felt like her head was about to
explode.

Right now, she didn’t want anything.... She just wanted to get out of this place.

Stella knew he would come to the company later, and there was a chance she would find him. So, at least for now, it was best for
her to leave as soon as possible to avoid him.....
Stella thought and said nothing, and was about to leave. But just as she took the first step, she heard someone say, “Mr. RK...”.
Stella paused.
She heard heavy footsteps approaching her. Suddenly, her heart began to beat very fast, and she didn’t know why, but she
became nervous.
Maybe it was because she hadn’t seen him in a long time, and now... he was in front of her.
Stella looked up and saw the man approaching, surrounded by several bodyguards. He looked like a king, approaching....
The man was wearing a black suit and a white shirt.
As he walked, he adjusted the watch on his wrist. Among all the people, he looked handsome and different, like a moon
surrounded by stars.
He looked very handsome and sexy, and many people were attracted to him because of the aura around his body that said,
“Stay away.” No one dared to approach him.
Six years had passed... But when Stella saw him, her heart was no longer at ease. At first, when he came, she had
unconsciously stopped.... But now she wanted to escape.
She didn’t want to meet him because there was nothing between them. As she thought this, Stella adjusted her breathing,
lowered her head and decided to walk past him. But suddenly...

An arm reached in front of her and stopped her. “Miss Richard, please stop.”
The bodyguard stopped her abruptly.
Stella stopped and saw that RK was standing in front of her. He wasn’t standing far away, so she could still smell the faint
fragrance coming from his body.
His aura was very strong, and with his height of 188 centimeters, he was standing in front of her, surrounding her with his
presence.
“Stella Richard,” he said word for word.
At her words, everyone’s attention was focused on them.
Their cold eyes looked at her as if she were a stranger, but what she said implied that they knew each other.
He uttered her name as if he were chewing on an intriguing word. “You stay...”
As soon as he spoke and Stella processed his words, she felt as if a bomb had exploded in her mind. His words were direct, and
his meaning quite clear.
Not only had she met this man just after returning, but even her return to France was now uncertain.

“Mr. RK, Stella just got back from France and is a little jet lagged. I asked her to go back and get some rest.”
Jack Paul came over and tried to help her.
“Besides, she’s been very busy the last few days with company business and hasn’t been resting well. It’s reasonable for her to
get off work a little early.”
Jack had a good impression of Stella and, over the past few years, he had seen her work and knew she was a hard worker, so
he always took good care of her.
That’s why he didn’t want her to ruin his first impression.

say nothing and walked forward.

Stella sighed in relief.
Glancing behind her, she thought he had left, and she was ready to go.... But a cold voice came from behind and echoed in her
ear, “Stella Richard, follow me...”.
An hour had already passed. During all that time, RK did not speak to her and did not let her leave. He only made her follow him.
Along the way, Mr. Paul introduced her to the company’s environment and internal and external affairs.
During all this time, he never looked at her again, and the distance between them was the same as between a boss and an
employee.

Suddenly, an alarm goes off. Stella quickly took out her cell phone and turned off the alarm. It was already four o’clock in the
afternoon.
She had set the alarm to pick up her son from school because she was afraid she would forget it when she was busy with her
work.
Although there were many people, no one spoke louder than RK when walking beside him. That’s why it was so quiet that his
alarm sounded very loud and inappropriate in this situation.
Stella just lowered her head and was ready to be scolded again.
“That’s it. Let’s leave it there.”
His calm, cool voice fell on her ears.
“Stop for today. If you have anything to report, talk to my assistant. I’m leaving... I still have to pick up my daughter from school.”
Saying this, he left....

Stella felt like her head was going to explode. It was the same feeling as when she said she didn’t want that child.
