Along with Angie's howls, three black spheres appeared next to her.

The spheres burned brightly with jet-black flames, emitting a terrifying chill.

Chester and Zeke were terrified.

The energy coming off the spheres seemed to be attacking their souls directly. Both of them, despite being at the Sanctuary level, found it hard to withstand the pressure.

They hurried to increase their spiritual energy output, lighting ablaze with spiritual flames to protect them from this horrible sensation.

Angie truly seemed terrifying.

She was definitely at the Super Sanctuary level.

This made her more than capable of taking Chester and Zeke down easily.

Both men knew that they would be no match for her even if they joined forces. However, there was no way they were going to back down now.

They were both Wilbur's disciples and had the responsibility of protecting the place.

Spiritual energy surged out from Chester and Zeke as they prepared to battle against Angie with all their might.

Just then, however, Eileen put her swords together and took out a red medicine bottle.

"Angie Zeeto, it was Trevor who killed your son. You should wait for him to exact your revenge instead of killing these innocent people. I won't let you do that," Eileen shouted.

Angie squinted at Eileen. "You want to go against me, then?"

"I don't want to do that, but I can't stand by and watch if you hurt anyone here," Eileen said firmly.

Angie paused for a beat before saying, "Fine. I'll let you have your way this one time, but it'll be the last. We shall owe nothing to each other after this and will cease our collaboration forever. I won't be as nice in the future if you meddle in my business again."

The three spheres disappeared after Angie spoke, and she turned to leave with the two men.

Chester and Zeke heaved a sigh of relief.

To be frank, Angie's presence earlier had given them great pressure. The power of a Super Sanctuary level cultivator was not to be taken lightly.

"What just happened, Madam Eileen? Can you please explain it to us?" Chester and Zeke were still a little confused.

Eileen frowned. "She's one of the Kiwanis Club elders, a Super Sanctuary level cultivator. I think Wilbur killed her son, and she came here for revenge."

"What? How would Wilbur even know her son?" Chester frowned.

Eileen glanced at the bamboo forest behind her. "Lily Sharn used to work for Angie's son, but Wilbur brought her back here. I'm pretty sure Angie was telling the truth, and Wilbur really did kill her son."

"What should we do now, then?" None of them felt safe facing up against

someone at the Super Sanctuary level.

Eileen frowned. "Call Wilbur and have him hurry home. Make sure no one leaves Sealake Island."

"Got it."

Chester and Zeke respected Eileen a great deal.

Everyone on Sealake Island would be done for if she had not intervened.

Eileen let out a sigh, walking over to Charles.

There was blood trickling out of the corner of his mouth as he lay on the ground.
