Seth and his friends could hardly contain their regret at that moment.

Why on earth did they choose to mess with someone so terrifying?

They felt as if they were in the presence of the devil himself, trembling with fear as if Wilbur would strike them dead at any moment.

Wilbur barked out a laugh at the sight before him. "Remember to pay Gintown a visit, or you'll get it."

Wilbur did not really intend to pick a bone with them, but it was still necessary for a little punishment. Maybe this was just his way of having a bit of fun.

After saying those words, Wilbur turned around and left with a laugh.

The crowd left behind on the mountain exchanged glances with each other, hardly able to contain their terror.

Over at the Imperial Palace, a young Imperial King, dressed in casual clothes, was working on a landscape painting.

Just then, an elder came in.

He looked to be in his seventies, with two long and thin eyebrows feathering out from a wrinkled face and practically touching his jaw.

"Come see if I've improved, Teacher!" The young Emperor Tyler smiled.

The elder took a look at the painting, nodding and smiling in approval.

"Your Majesty, the battle on the summit has ended," said the elder.

Emperor Tyler hummed in response. "Did the guy win?"

"He did. The four Shadow level experts were wiped out, and the four great families surrendered to him. That youth has gained control over the five great families," said the elder.

Emperor Tyler chuckled. "Wow."

"Yes. What a fine young man!" the elder exclaimed.

Emperor Tyler added a stroke to his painting. He paused to admire it before saying, "Let's give him a little present, Teacher."

"Is that really necessary, Your Majesty?" the elder frowned.

"Anyone is welcome in the Cherrytopia, but they must never threaten our

economy or safety. Otherwise, they will be considered an enemy," Emperor Tyler said, staring at his painting.

The elder replied, "Alright, I'll pay him a visit then. I have to say, however, that he is very powerful."

"Powerful?" Emperor Tyler chuckled. "Can his power match up to that of a warplane or a cannon, or the legacy of our clan?"

"You're right, Your Majesty," the elder said with a bow.

Emperor Tyler smiled. "Besides, you're incredibly powerful. You're not scared, are you?"

"I'm old now. There's nothing I'm afraid of anymore. I'm just worried that the guy might get the wrong idea. After all, he's still a young man like you."

Emperor Tyler continued to add to his painting, all while saying, "That's fine. We're all youngsters here. We can talk it out."

"Yes, Your Majesty. I'll be taking a trip there, then," the elder said.

Emperor Tyler nodded. "Pick a gift out from the treasury. Anything will do."

"Yes, Your Majesty," the elder said and turned to leave.

Emperor Tyler stared at his painting before throwing the brush down. "I hope he understands where I'm coming from."

joy. They all worshiped Wilbur now, treating him like a god.

In the living room, Wilbur and Yumi sat next to each other.

Syd, Fern, and Mist kneeled in front of the two of them while the others merely waited outside.

"Master, please accept my respects." Yumi turned to Wilbur, sinking into a deep, respectful bow.

None of the Gardners would be here without Wilbur, and neither would Yumi.
