An Understated Dominance

Chapter 2329

Seeing Bill Wolf lying on the ground, bleeding and motionless like a dead dog, the audience was stunned and speechless.
Everything had happened too quickly. From the moment Bill charged forward to when his heart was struck and he collapsed,
only a second or two had passed. It was swift, abrupt, and unexpected.
The fight ended before anyone could grasp what had happened. No one saw this outcome coming. Now, the entire square was
silent; you could hear a pin drop.
“Am I seeing things? Did Dr. Rhys really win?” Kassidy stared at the scene in disbelief, her eyes wide. Just a moment ago, she
feared Dustin would be beaten to death by Bill Wolf, but now, everything had flipped. Dustin was unharmed, while Bill lay dying
and spitting blood.
The sudden reversal left her feeling like it wasn’t real.
“One move... to kill him?” Noemi was equally shocked. She knew Dustin was strong, but she hadn’t expected this. After Bill Wolf
mutated, his strength reached terrifying levels, far beyond that of ordinary martial artists. She had expected a fierce battle, but it
ended so abruptly and unexpectedly.
“What kind of training does this man follow?” Even the experienced Fenley was surprised. When he saw Bill Wolf transform, he
was genuinely worried for Dustin, knowing how powerful the blood clan becomes when they tap into their potential. But Bill, in his

prime, was defeated by Dustin with a single move. It was incredible, even for Fenley. He couldn’t have done it without using his
most powerful techniques. This showed that Dustin’s strength was nearly on par with his own.
Fenley hadn’t realized that Noemi had such a powerful ally by her side. Fortunately, Dustin was now aligned with the Celestial
Alliance. The stronger he was, the more benefit for them.
“So, you’re finally showing your true strength?” Grace smiled, unsurprised. As the top contender on the Legendary List, Dustin
should easily handle a minor vampire.
“See? I was right! Mr. Rhys is really strong. Those little vampires are nothing to him.” Briggs, though initially surprised, quickly
smiled again. He had always believed Dustin was a hidden expert. Even so, watching Dustin defeat Bill Wolf in one move was
still shocking.
Rivka and Halle, the two sisters beside Briggs, were too stunned to speak. Dustin’s power had shattered their expectations once
again. Maybe he really had a shot at reaching the top three in this martial arts competition.

“Who is this guy? How does he have such strength?” Alloy Marshall, in the main audience, raised his eyebrows in surprise. He
had studied the top contenders in this competition, but Dustin wasn’t on his radar. However, Dustin’s performance just now was
extraordinary.
As they say, amateurs watch the excitement, but experts see the details. Ordinary fighters might miss the subtleties, but as the
leader of the Celestial Alliance, Alloy saw clearly how remarkable Dustin was.

“Impressive, a promising talent,” thought Cyrus Hadley, narrowing his eyes. Ordinary geniuses didn’t interest him, but Dustin’s
talent and strength caught his attention. If Cyrus could take him as a disciple and train him, Dustin’s future could rival even Glenn
Hadley’s.
“I haven’t been active for years, and now I find such a promising student right away. This is a reason to celebrate!” Penelope
Solace, who had been silent until now, laughed, though her laugh was dry and hoarse, making it unsettling to hear.
“Master Solace, you’re already thinking about taking a disciple before the contest even starts? Isn’t that a bit rushed?” Cyrus
Hadley said calmly.
“I’m very interested in this young man. Are you planning to compete with me, Master Hadley?” Penelope asked, smiling slyly.
“Everyone appreciates talent. Your Mystic Arts Order wants him, and our Sword Union does too,” Glenn Hadley added without
hesitation.
“If you’re both interested, then we’ll join in as well,” Alloy said suddenly. “This young man has ties to our Celestial Alliance, so it’s
only natural he joins us.”
“There’s no point in arguing. Winning him over will come down to who among us is more capable,” Glenn Hadley said with a cold
smile.
“No problem,” Alloy replied with a shrug.
“I haven’t had a challenge in a while. I’ll play along this time,” Penelope added with her usual dry smile.
The three exchanged looks, understanding each other without needing more words. Penelope quickly instructed her people to
investigate Dustin’s identity.
Soon, the three major Sects began making their moves.
