Sierra had tied her long hair, looking particularly sharp and confident. As she walked into the hospital, she instantly turned a lot of

She had just gotten to the ward's door when she heard someone garble his speech. Be that as it may, she instantly recognized it
as William's voice.
Sierra stopped in her tracks as a wave of emotion washed over her. He had given her life, yet he detested her presence. Now, he
finally got his comeuppance, but there was no joy in her heart.

Sierra brushed the mix of feelings aside and composed herself before opening the door calmly. At the sight of the semi-
paralyzed William using his one good hand to knock the food container out of Vera's hand, her gaze grew icy.
"William, try laying a finger on my mom again, and I'll make you lose absolutely everything."
He turned sideways with difficulty when he heard her voice. He became more furious, and his expression twisted as saliva
None of that stopped him from spewing harsh remarks at Sierra, each insult more scathing than the last.
Vera couldn't take it anymore, and she begged him softly, "Stop it. We're in the hospital. Aren't you worried that others might
make fun of us?"
Sierra stood at the end of the hospital bed and watched as he futilely lashed out at her. Her gaze was cold and indifferent as she
spoke.
"If Shaw Corporation is cut off from the resources of the Gray family, it will face bankruptcy before you know it."
"Are you threatening me?" William wore an expression of disbelief. Then, he flew into a rage. Grabbing the glass of water on the
nightstand, he hurled it at her.
Vera screamed as the glass smashed on the floor behind Sierra. The spilling water stained the hem of Sierra's high heels, and a
piece of the shattered glass shot to her feet.
"You heard me." Sierra's gaze was icy and unapologetic, her demeanor intimidating. "If you keep hitting or shouting at my mom, I
will ask Theo to stop looking out for Shaw Corporation."
William was beside himself with rage. He fully intended to hit her as he had done in the past, but he needed Vera's help to sit
upright now, let alone stand steadily.
"I'm your father. How dare you threaten me? You're such a jinx that you brought all the bad luck to me.
owe me!" William roared as he drooled as if he would've killed Sierra in a heartbeat if he could.

Sierra watched coldly as he made a fuss. She didn't speak until after he had exhausted himself and panted heavily.
"I've repurchased the house, but I'm its legal owner now. As for the 30 million dollars and the villa, Theo has given them to me as
well."
The moment Sierra and Theo had gotten their marriage certificate, be had the money and the villa ready for a long time.
However, he couldn't give them to her because of her strained relationship with William.
Then, he learned that she intended to strip away all of William's properties and power. So, he assisted her in achieving her goal
while transferring the money and the villa to her.
However, Sierra had never intended to give any of these to William.
William glared at her, wishing he could tear her throat out right now, regretting for the umpteenth time that he didn't strangle her
the moment she was born.
Sierra saw the menace in his eyes and pulled Vera away from him. She said calmly, "You won't have to worry about food or
shelter in the future, but you won't have any money as well.
"I will transfer money to Mom every month. You're going to learn to treat her well if you want some pocket money. If you continue
to throw tantrums, shout at her, or even beat
her, then you won't get a single
penny."
